Victoriabank is the first commercial bank in Moldova, operating since 1989. It serves 270,000 clients in over 30 locations across Moldova. Its global strategy aims to become the most sought-after bank in the country by caring for people and businesses. In August 2022, the Bank announced its Development Strategy for the next three years, with a focus on the Client.

Implemented Solution

100 Diebold Nixdorf ATMs have been installed. They are equipped with the Vynamic™ View software platform for managing the device fleet, as well as the ATMeye.iQ and Vynamic™ Security security systems. User interaction scenarios with ATMs (UX/UI design) were updated, and the range of services provided was expanded through the VCP-Pro (ProFlex4) solution.
