The solution is integrated into the networks of terminal equipment of banks, trade companies and other enterprises without disrupting their operation methods. Payments.iQ allows you to accept payments on any self-service banking devices (ATMs, payment kiosks etc), the platform also provides ample opportunities for real-time monitoring and management of payment transactions.

Advantages

Automation of payment acceptance

Development of own payment infrastructure on the basis of terminal facilities

Additional profit due to commission charges

Attracting new clients

Transaction flow analysis

Managing investments in the fleet of terminal devices

Features

Expanding the functionality of self-service devices

Payments.iQ makes it possible to expand the functionality of self-service banking devices (ATMs, payment kiosks etc) by adding new functions:

  • service and goods payments;
  • bank account top up;
  • money transfers;
  • ticket purchase;
  • purchase of third-party products (insurance services, gas station cards, etc.);
  • other transactions.

Integration with external systems

The solution can be integrated into the existing systems of banks and processing centers. After Payments.iQ is implemented, the services and products which the organization offers via other service channels (Internet banking, mobile banking, etc.) will be available on the terminal devices as well.

Easily add services and change fees

New service providers and payment scenarios can be added to the system with the ability to set different types and amounts of service fees.

Payer identification

The system supports different types of payer identification: by bank card, payer ID, payment book number, phone number, service or credit agreement, ID card, biometric data (fingerprint, face recognition, etc.), etc. After payment, the user receives a completed payment receipt and all actions are logged in the system.

Multiple payment methods

The solution allows you to make payments in different ways: in cash, by payment cards, via mobile devices, as well as by transferring funds from the account. This provides payers with mobility in choosing a payment method and increases their loyalty.

Flexible user roles and access rights

The solution includes predefined groups of users who perform various functions of operations monitoring and system maintenance: administrator, operator, technologist. Their system access rights are set according to roles and can be adjusted based on the needs of the financial organization.

Terminal equipment monitoring

The system allows you to monitor the technical condition of each device in the self-service chain: the filling level of the banknote acceptor, receipt paper availability, the operation of sensors, etc.

Transaction monitoring

The system monitors the payment transactions in real-time and automatically generates reports on transactions carried out on the basis of various parameters and requests.

Integration with business intelligence systems

The solution provides the ability to collect analytical data on transactions in real-time on each specific device, generate reports on various parameters of payment transactions. All this allows to estimate how profitable a particular service is for the terminal network operator, set the optimal commission amount, calculate the demand for the terminal installed in one place or another, as well as the approximate payback period.

Collection mode support

The system supports different types of collectors identification. After the end of the collection, all data on the procedure is sent to the Payments.iQ server.
