Counterfeit Detection

The new-generation CashDNA™ dual-sided detection module ensures accurate identification of currency and coin denominations while verifying authenticity. It uses visual image scanning, composition analysis, and comparison of physical characteristics to detect counterfeits. The CashDNA™ detection module complies with EU Regulation 1210/2010, has been tested and approved for use in the European Union.

Performance

With a processing speed of 3,000 coins per minute in counterfeit detection and denomination recognition mode, the device delivers industrial-level productivity. A single cycle is sufficient for processing mixed cash revenue, offering up to three times the speed of two-pocket sorters.

Reliability

The durable coin-processing mechanism, featuring ceramic and special alloy components, ensures seamless operation with minimal maintenance costs. The coin path is easily accessible, and belt replacement can be performed by the operator without additional tools. The high-quality European assembly guarantees long-term reliability.

Easy Navigation

A large, adjustable color touchscreen display combined with a keypad block can be positioned on the left (default is right). Large physical buttons for start/stop and other functions are programmable and customizable to fit your business processes. The built-in printer allows for interim or daily summary printouts.

User-Friendly Operation

Thanks to its compact design, the coin hopper and processing area are positioned at an optimal operating height. The EvoSort H9™ features non-volatile memory, ensuring that processing results and current operation status are retained in case of a power outage.

Safety

The sorter’s track is protected from overflow due to excessive coin flow from the hopper during automatic feeding. The manufacturing process and components meet CE and RoHS standards. The device operates with low-voltage power for enhanced safety.

Additional Options

The sorter supports optional accessories, including a reject pocket bag adapter, L and XL external displays, a statistics module, a printer, and three types of stands.

Integration into Coin Processing Conveyor Systems

Due to its compact height, the EvoSort H9™ can be seamlessly integrated into any coin processing workflow. Using one of three available stands, the sorter can be implemented in a conveyor system, as part of an EvoSort™ system with triangular or traditional containers, or configured to sort coins into coin bags.

Integration with Cash Management.iQ

Integration with the Cash Management.iQ software platform allows for automation and optimization of cash handling processes, providing greater control over cash flow. The Cash Processing.iQ module automatically collects operational data from sorting and counting machines, enabling comprehensive reporting for informed and efficient decision-making.
