Innovating Together: TBC Bank Receives Excellence Award 2024 from Penki Kontinentai Group

The Penki Kontinentai Group, including BS/2 and ASHBURN International, is proud to award TBC Bank the prestigious ‘Excellence Award 2024’ for its strategic partnership and innovation. The ceremony was held during Intersect Madrid 2024 and honored outstanding Diebold Nixdorf partners. Madona Tsulaia, Deputy Retail Banking Director of TBC Bank, was recognized for her valuable contributions to self-service channel development and digitalization of banking services.

The Collaboration History

The partnership between Penki Kontinentai Group and TBC Bank began in 2003 with the first deal, marking the start of a long and productive relationship. Over the years, TBC Bank has consistently demonstrated its commitment to staying ahead of industry trends by implementing cutting-edge software solutions and state-of-the-art equipment.
In December 2023, TBC Bank signed a contract for the purchase and maintenance of new DN Series ATMs. This was the largest batch ever ordered in Georgia. In May 2024, the bank received the first shipment of the devices. This significant investment reflects the bank’s dedication to quality and reliability, as well as its confidence in the Penki Kontinentai Group.
Currently, TBC Bank is undergoing a substantial transformation with the VCP-Pro multifunctional platform on self-service devices. This software will increase the number of functions available on ATMs, enhancing user experience and making transactions more convenient.

Recognition at Intersect Madrid 2024

In Madrid, the Penki Kontinentai Group, Diebold Nixdorf, and TBC Bank held the first high-level meeting in their long collaboration history. This dialogue marked a new chapter in the partnership, characterized by a shared vision for the future.
