During the meeting, the parties discussed partnership plans, key tasks for the development of banking self-service networks, as well as current challenges and opportunities in the markets of Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. The guests were also presented with the latest BS/2 software solutions:
DS Center.iQ – a decision-support system that consolidates data from multiple sources, helping management quickly identify risks, forecast workloads, and improve operational efficiency.
PulseAI.iQ – an intelligent platform for automating the full cycle of disputed transaction processing, enabling banks to accelerate case resolution, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer service quality.
DigitalAssets.iQ – a solution for launching digital asset operations via existing ATM infrastructure, allowing banks to test new services without hardware upgrades and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further steps to develop their cooperation, discussed current industry trends, and confirmed their mutual interest in expanding joint projects. On April 22–24, 2026, the BS/2 team, together with partners, will continue the professional dialogue at the international forum Intersect Cannes 2026 in France, organized by Diebold Nixdorf.
