BS/2 and SUNMI Opened the First SUNMI Home Demonstration Center in Baku

BS/2, in cooperation with SUNMI and ASHBURN International, has opened the first SUNMI Home Baku demonstration center in the countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. The new showroom became an important stage in the development of the global SUNMI Home network and confirmed the strategic role of BS/2 in promoting innovative technologies and business solutions in international markets.

For the past three years, BS/2 and ASHBURN International have maintained the status of SUNMI Authorized Partners. This status is awarded to organizations that demonstrate a high level of technical expertise, professional solution integration, and sustainable business development.
The opening of SUNMI Home Baku became a logical continuation of this partnership and another step toward strengthening SUNMI’s presence in the region.

A New Format of Cooperation

Located in the main office of BS/2 Azerbaijan, the new center is a modern demonstration venue where technologies can not only be viewed but also tested in real-life application scenarios.
The space presents solutions in the field of Business Internet of Things (BIoT), as well as integrated POS equipment, self-service devices, and payment solutions designed for the retail, hotel, and restaurant industries.

Ilgar Hasanov, Director of BS/2 Azerbaijan, emphasized the importance of this event:

Opening Ceremony

Partners and guests from Azerbaijan and other countries attended the opening ceremony. Among them were representatives of SUNMI’s headquarters in China: Darryl Yuan, SUNMI Home Development Manager; Leander Li, SUNMI Home Operations Manager; and Alexander Bespaly, SUNMI Regional Director for the CIS countries and Mongolia. The ceremony featured a symbolic moment — the cutting of the orange ribbon.

From BS/2’s central office in Baku, the event was attended by Idrakas Dadašovas, Chairman of the Board of the Penki Kontinentai Group; Kiryl Patachyts, Head of the BS/2 Marketing Department; and Sigitas Šniukas, Head of Sales Division Ashburn International. Guests were welcomed by the regional team: Ilgar Hasanov, Director of BS/2 Azerbaijan; Abas Abasov, Deputy Director of BS/2 Azerbaijan; Anton Kokhanov, Technical Director of BS/2 Azerbaijan  , and other representatives of the local office.

The exposition features POS terminals, mobile devices, scanners, printers, and next-generation peripherals.
