BS/2 Specialists Completed Julong Sorting Machine Maintenance Training in China

Technical training on the repair and maintenance of Julong JL305 4+2 and 8+2 model counting and sorting machines (CSM) was held in Anshan, China. The training was organized by Julong, a Chinese company specializing in the production of high-tech solutions for cash counting and sorting. The training was attended by BS/2 technical specialists from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan.

During five days, engineers underwent intensive training aimed at a deep understanding of the principles of operation of Julong equipment, mastering the methods of its adjustment and maintenance. The training program included theoretical and practical parts. BS/2 specialists studied the modes of banknote counting and sorting, learned how to work with the authentication module, learned how to set up detection parameters, and diagnosed the devices. Special attention was paid to feeding mechanisms, the detection module, as well as maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. The participants also learned about data transmission and the interaction of equipment with cash management systems.

The training was organized at a high level. We received comprehensive knowledge – from complete disassembly and assembly of the device to setting up its software part. We are especially grateful to Julong’s Regional Sales Director Mark Lian for his personal involvement and high level of organization. Such training not only increases our expertise but also implementation of new solutions is as efficient as possible. 

Today, BS/2 already uses Julong technology in its projects. In Kazakhstan, cash management solutions have been installed at major clients and are undergoing pilot testing. Soon, the equipment will also be delivered to Azerbaijan to start implementation.

As a result of the training, BS/2 specialists received the necessary protocols for integrating Julong machines with the Cash Management.iQ system, which will significantly simplify the processes of cash handling management and operation of sorting equipment. In particular, the company’s devices have wide possibilities of integration with the Cash Processing.iQ module, including the display of detailed statistics on recounts performed, the status of recounted banknotes, the results of operators’ work and the technical condition of the connected equipment.
