These innovations include:
- migration to a web-based platform;
- real-time ATM file synchronization with the server;
- remote viewing of ATM screens;
- instant event notifications via messaging apps;
- ability to craft insightful analytical reports, and more.
The software is already installed on 97 000 devices worldwide. ATMeye.iQ tools are effectively used by banks across Europe, the Middle East, the US, Asia, and Africa to resolve customer complaints and enhance security.
The discussion in Vilnius focused on ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ compliance with DN Series ATMs. The system seamlessly integrates with modern self-service devices from Diebold Nixdorf.
Additionally, BS/2 presented Diebold Nixdorf with the DS Center.iQ decision support system. By using this new BS/2 product, managers can proactively anticipate situations and act more efficiently.
Through the analysis of transaction data, bottlenecks in payment acceptance processes will be identified, leading to improvements. Monitoring POS terminals, ATMs, and self-service devices prevents disruptions by detecting malfunctions as soon as they occur.
DS Center.iQ facilitates the integration and processing of data from diverse sources. Thus, managers can draw conclusions and make faster decisions.
