Major feature updates ATMeye.iQ NG in version 1.10 

The BS/2 development team continues to improve the ATMeye.iQNG ATM monitoring and security system and dispute processing. The release of version 1.10 was a significant step forward in improving the stability, performance, and operational transparency of the system. New features simplify administration, enhance remote management capabilities, and improve the user experience.

Stability and performance improvements 

Version 1.10 has undergone extensive optimizations aimed at ensuring uninterrupted operation of the system even under significant loads. 

What has changed? 

Optimized server architecture
BS/2 engineers conducted an in-depth performance analysis and redesigned key server components. Now the system allocates computing resources more efficiently and better copes with peak loads. 

Improved Background Processing
Background tasks such as ATM event processing, data archiving, and reporting are now performed with less impact on core system operations. This is especially true when working with large amounts of data. 

Reduced load on key services
The redistribution of tasks between system components has reduced the load on critical services, which increases the overall fault tolerance of the solution.

Logs section in Grafana 

A new tool has appeared in the Administration section — Logs, integrated with the Grafana platform. 

What does it give? 

Real-time log analysis
Administrators can now view server logs without having to connect directly to the server. All events are displayed in a user-friendly web interface with the ability to filter and search. 

Prompt Problem Diagnosis
When an incident occurs, technicians can quickly find relevant log entries and understand the cause of the problem. This reduces troubleshooting time from hours to minutes. 

Convenient search and filtering
Grafana provides powerful tools for working with logs: search by keywords, filtering by severity level (ERROR, WARNING, INFO), time ranges and event sources. 

Increased transparency
Access to detailed logs makes the operation of ATMeye.iQNG server components more understandable for technicians and helps to identify potential problems before they affect the system.

RFM Enhancement 

 Search for files in Remote File Manager 

Remote File Manager (RFM) is one of the most popular ATMeye.iQNG tools that allows you to remotely manage files on ATMs. In version 1.10, its capabilities have been significantly expanded. 

New Feature: File Search 

Users can now quickly find the files they need by name and mask in selected directories on devices. 

Examples of use: 

Search for configuration files
When diagnosing problems, it is often necessary to check the configuration. Searching by mask *.ini or *.cfg will  instantly show all configuration files. 

Error Analysis
Looking for files with errors? Searching for *error* or *dump* mask  will return all files that may contain crash information. 

Advantages: 

• Save time when working with large file structures 

• Simplify diagnosis and troubleshooting 

• Ability to work with logs and configurations without the need to go to the site

Teltonika integration  

 Teltonika Command Reference 

For customers using Teltonika equipment (GPS trackers and additional sensors), the system has a centralized command directory.

Reduced integration time
A centralized team directory allows specialists to quickly set up interaction with Teltonika devices  

Reminder: Integration with Teltonika GPS trackers, introduced in version 1.10, allows you to track the real-time location of ATMs and receive notifications about unauthorized device movements. 

 Reporting Improvements 

Version 1.10 brought two improvements to the reporting system. 

Custom logos in reports 

Branding for the client 

The standard ATMeye.iQ NG logo can now be replaced with the logo of a bank or service company. This feature is especially important for: 

• Banks reporting to management or regulators 

• Service companies servicing ATMs for third-party organizations 

• Outsourced multi-client monitoring centers 

How does it work? 

The administrator uploads the company logo in the system settings, and all generated reports automatically contain corporate symbols. 

Remote Counters Report 

The new report provides aggregated and detailed information on the health of ATM counters. 

What does the report show? 

• Cash collection statistics 

• Analysis of the duration of cash collection 

• Rating of devices by the number of cash collections

Server Resource Monitoring 

Version 1.10 increases control over the state of the server infrastructure. 

Notifications about the end of free space 

The system now automatically monitors the use of disk space on the server and sends alerts when free space is running low. 

Custom thresholds
Administrators can set: 

• Warning if the system disk size drops below a critical value (for example, when there is 20% free space left) 

• Warning if the size of the data disk (photos and videos) is below the critical value
