Major feature updates ATMeye.iQ NG in version 1.10

The BS/2 development team continues to improve the ATMeye.iQNG ATM monitoring and security system and dispute processing. The release of version 1.10 was a significant step forward in improving the stability, performance, and operational transparency of the system. New features simplify administration, enhance remote management capabilities, and improve the user experience.

Performance and Reliability

This release introduces a deep optimization of the server architecture. Reengineered components now distribute computing resources more efficiently and handle peak loads with confidence. Background processes for event processing, archiving, and report generation run with minimal impact on core operations. These enhancements are especially critical for banks managing fleets of more than 500 devices with high transaction volumes.

Advanced Diagnostic Tools

The new Logs section, powered by Grafana, provides administrators with direct access to server logs through a user friendly web interface. Teams can analyze events in real time, apply filters by severity level and time range, and quickly pinpoint the root cause of incidents. What used to take hours can now be resolved in minutes.

Expanded Remote Management Capabilities

Remote File Manager now includes file search by name and mask across device directories. Specialists can instantly locate configuration files, review error logs, and perform diagnostics without onsite visits. The system also features a built in command reference guide for Teltonika equipment, simplifying GPS tracker configuration for ATM location tracking.

Server Infrastructure Control

The platform automatically monitors disk space usage and alerts administrators when critical thresholds are approaching. A new dashboard displays CPU load, memory utilization, disk subsystem performance, and network activity. Infrastructure monitoring helps prevent disruptions, plan capacity scaling, and detect operational anomalies before they escalate.

Reporting and Branding

Administrators can replace the default logo with their bank or service company branding. This feature is particularly valuable for organizations that provide reports to executive management and regulatory authorities. A new Remote Counters report delivers collection statistics, device rankings, and analytics that support smarter service scheduling and cash handling optimization.

Security and Access Control

A dedicated permission has been added for remote counter loading operations. Granular access control enables clear separation of responsibilities between technical teams and analysts, ensures compliance with security requirements, and logs all interactions with operational data.

Hardware Support Expansion

ATMeye Core JournalWatcher now supports Agilis devices, expanding the list of compatible manufacturers. Banks gain full access to platform capabilities including event monitoring, video recording, remote file management, and analytics for the new vendor’s equipment.

User Interface Improvements

Pop up notifications are now more compact while preserving all critical information. This enhances visibility of important alerts and reduces visual noise. Operators can assign custom sound notifications to differentiate event types and stay focused on what truly matters.

Version 1.10 reinforces ATMeye.iQ NG as a robust and scalable solution for ATM network monitoring, security, and management at any scale. The platform delivers stable performance, proactive infrastructure control, and flexible tools for efficient administration.
