Strengthening Partnerships: President of Sargent and Greenleaf Visits BS/2 Central Office in Vilnius

A high-ranking delegation from Sargent and Greenleaf (S&G), a leading global manufacturer of electronic locks and security systems, recently visited the BS/2 central office in Vilnius. The visit underscored the ongoing development and deepening of the partnership between the two companies. The S&G team was led by President Brian Leary, accompanied by Silvano Montano, Director of Sales for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Business Development Manager Sergey Ko.

More than five years ago, BS/2 signed an agreement to represent S&G’s innovative products in 14 countries, including the Baltic states, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Since then, significant advancements have been made in securing our partners’ self-service devices using S&G’s solutions, which earned us the title of “Fastest Growing Distributor” in February 2024. Today, as a next step in our collaborative journey, we were honored to host S&G’s President, Brian Leary, at our office for the first time.

We are actively working to promote S&G’s innovative products. Since 2020, the A-Series one-time code electronic locks have been integrated with our Cash Management.iQ software solution. This integration has enabled us to automate the task assignment processes for cash collection services and optimize the planning for supplying self-service devices with cash.

Each BS/2 event is complete with demonstrating S&G’s global security solutions and access control systems. At the Digital Uzbekistan-2024 International Forum in Tashkent, Sylvano Montano and Sergey Ko represented S&G products at the BS/2 booth. Previously, they participated as speakers in the ATM & Cash Solutions seminar series in Tashkent. In 2023, at significant banking forums in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan, S-Series electronic locks were featured at BS/2’s stands.

Our joint efforts with S&G are aimed at enhancing the security of self-service devices. By combining our experience and innovative technological solutions, we create products that provide reliable protection for financial institutions against various threats and simplify the operational processes of the banking sector.

Sargent and Greenleaf have been manufacturing safe locks for over 160 years. Starting as a small private company in Rochester, USA, in the 1850s, S&G has grown into one of the largest players in the financial institution property security market. The European division of the company was opened in 1977, and in 1994, S&G expanded its range of activities by launching a line of electronic locks.
