Modern ATMs in the banking ecosystem
The COVID19 pandemic has become a trigger for the digitalization of the banking industry. Electronic banking, RBS (remote banking services), automation systems for various business processes have all become part of modern banking from trendy novelties.
The role of usual traditional customer service points – branches, offices, and self-service devices – is also being reconsidered. Thus, ATMs are turning from terminals that can accept and dispense cash into automated service points (APS), which can solve many problems. Not only for the client, but also for the bank.
What role modern ATMs play in the banking ecosystem will be discussed on October 27-28 in Almaty at the International PLAS-Forum “Fintech without Borders. Digital Eurasia”. The company BS/2 will be presented by Kirill Ovsiannikov, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development, with his report “Automation of physical banking channels“.
ProFlex4 will be demonstrated at the BS/2 booth. This is a state-of-the-art software solution for ATMs, which allows upgrading user interfaces and significantly reducing the time to implement new functionality. Card-less smartphone cash withdrawal, multi-purpose payment processing, personal user interface and targeted advertising – all this can be seen by visitors on BS/2 stand at the forum.
