BS/2 Hosts ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ Training for Specialists from 8 Countries

BS/2 conducted online training on ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ, an innovative platform for monitoring and protecting ATMs. The training for employees of the company and its subsidiaries took place from November 18-21, 2024. As part of the program, participants were familiar with the functionality of ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ and received practical skills on how to manage the system effectively. 76 specialists from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan participated in the training.

Goals and Objectives of the Training  

The training, which took place as part of an online program, was aimed at improving the skills of engineers and technicians of BS/2 and its subsidiaries. The aim of the training was for the participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ system functionality, learn how to effectively manage ATMs, improve their operational performance, and contribute to the overall reliability of the service. 

The main areas of study are: 

• Familiarization with the system functionality — participants studied the system architecture, video surveillance capabilities, security settings, and incident management.  
• Technical training — the company’s specialists learn how to configure the system, troubleshoot technical problems, and maintain it.  
• Practical mastering — practical tasks were performed during the training, which allowed participants to master system configuration and ATM security management under real conditions.  
• Problem solving — emphasis was placed on developing skills to solve technical and operational problems that may arise during system operation.  
• Updates and new features — participants learned about the latest changes in the system functionality and new security features. 

Certification to Enhance Professional Skills 

After the training, participants were offered certification, which confirmed their readiness to work with the ATMeye.iQᴺᴳ system. Verification of the knowledge gained is an important indicator of a high level of training. Successful completion of the certification showed that BS/2 and its subsidiaries’ specialists can effectively use the system to ensure security and optimize ATM operation.
