BS/2 Presented New Program Solutions at the International Banking Forum in Azerbaijan
The capital of Azerbaijan hosted the VIII International Banking Forum 2024 (IBF 2024), one of the most significant annual events in the country’s banking industry. The Forum was dedicated to the theme “Reliable, Safe, and Sustainable Banking.” At the event, BS/2 presented new versions of its software solutions and modern banking equipment.
IBF 2024 brought together more than 100 leading companies, 1000 participants, and 50 speakers in 8 panel discussions. The guests of the event included top management of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan, and the Central Asian Fintech Association, as well as representatives of leading companies.
In addition to the main forum program, a series of interactive events were organized for participants aimed at developing professional skills, sharing experience, and strengthening business ties. One of the key activities was webinars and seminars, where leading experts shared relevant knowledge and practical recommendations on various aspects of the banking industry.
An exhibition zone was organized at the VIII International Banking Forum, where leading banks of Azerbaijan presented their stands. Azer Turk Bank presented a working ATM of Diebold Nixdorf DN Series. Visitors to the stand were able to familiarize themselves with its functionality, evaluating the innovative solution in action.
BS/2 Showcases Advanced ATM and Cash Flow Management Solutions at IBF 2024

Cash Management.iQ is a solution designed to optimize cash management and logistics. The new Cash Processing.iQ module, introduced this year, significantly improves the efficiency of cash processing by automating key steps and reducing the likelihood of errors.
Payments.iQᴺᴳ is an innovative platform designed to enhance the functionality of self-service devices. This year, the Customer Journey Map and Analytics module was introduced in Azerbaijan. This tool helps banks collect and analyze data on users’ interaction with ATMs to better understand the customer journey, see all its stages, and improve service quality.
DS Center.iQ is a modern decision support system that allows banks to integrate data from various sources. Its flexibility and scalability make it possible to quickly merge disparate information streams, enabling more accurate analysis and faster decision-making.
TransLink.iQ is a transaction management tool that guarantees the stability and security of payments on EFTPOS terminals from different vendors. Participants of IBF 2024 were able to familiarize themselves with the work of the product “3 in 1” on the example of SUNMI terminals. Integration of different technologies within one solution allows to significantly reduce equipment costs.
BS/2 software products aroused the great interest of the forum participants, as they allow banks and financial institutions to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and provide customers with reliable, modern, and secure services.
In addition to software innovations, the BS/2 booth showcased hardware solutions from global partners such as Diebold Nixdorf, Sargent & Greenleaf, SUNMI, Magner, Teltonika, Julong, and Henkovac. Their technologies demonstrated a wide range of capabilities to improve the efficiency of banks and retailers.
Sargent & Greenleaf introduced the A-series locks, which were shown in action on Diebold Nixdorf ATMs. Visitors were also able to evaluate the integration of these devices with the Cash Management.iQ system, which provides a higher level of security and optimizes the work of collection services.
BS/2 and “Kapitalbank” Collaborate to Optimize ATM Networks in Uzbekistan
Kirill Ovsiannikov, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development of BS/2, and Denis Kohaev, Head of Business Technical Support Department of JSCB “Kapitalbank” (Uzbekistan) made a report at the forum. In their joint presentation on “Building the most functional ATM network in Uzbekistan.
Experience of JSCB “Kapitalbank” they told how one of the most efficient ATM networks in the region was created with the help of BS/2 software solutions. In the presentation, the speakers shared their practical experience of implementation of these solutions and achieved results of cooperation.

In the banking sector of Uzbekistan, we observe a significant jump in the development of non-cash payments, while the volume of cash in circulation remains high. Residents of the country are increasingly using mobile devices for financial transactions, which contributes to the growth of deposit transactions for various purposes. This forces banks to actively work on reducing the cost of maintaining ATM networks, implementing solutions for monitoring, and optimal cash planning.
Uzbekistan today occupies one of the leading positions in the world in the development of phygital banking, which combines digital and traditional channels. This allows for a harmonious coexistence of modern digital technologies and classical banking, which makes financial services available to the most diverse categories of the population.
During IBF 2024 BS/2 specialists demonstrated new versions of their software products and held meetings with representatives of key banks in Azerbaijan. The feedback received is a valuable source of information and will be taken into account in the further development of the company’s solutions.
