As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Testing Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our products/services.

Position Mission

As a Testing Engineer at BS/2, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/services throughout the development life cycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Product Management, and Customer Support to identify quality issues, develop test plans, and execute test cases to ensure the highest level of product/service quality.

Responsibilities

• Installation and management of virtual machines using HyperV and VMWare.
• Setup and testing of systems and ATMs, ensuring network connections and basic functionality meet requirements.
• Manual testing of web applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.

Requirements and skills

• A technical background or education in a related subject.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles.
• Familiarity with Linux administration including terminal, SSH, and networking.
• Proficiency in Windows administration, including registry management and networking configurations.
• Understanding of virtualization concepts, particularly VMWare and HyperV.
• Basic knowledge of databases such as SQL, MS SQL, and Postgres.
• Experience with Remote Desktop control applications.
• Knowledge of software testing fundamentals including testing types and methodologies.
• Good Russian/English language is a must

In addition to the above requirements, the following skills would be advantageous:

• Familiarity with Kubernetes/Docker.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing test cases and test plans.
• Previous experience with software testing and bug reporting.
• Familiarity with JIRA and other bug tracking systems.
• Experience using browser DevTools for debugging and testing purposes

Salary

From 1400-1600 €/mon. net
The specific salary is determined on the basis of the candidate's competence and work experience.
