Creating a progressive future: BS/2 continues cooperation with Halyk Bank
BS/2 has been cooperating with the largest bank in Kazakhstan for several years. In 2019-2020 alone, Halyk Bank purchased almost 1,000 ATMs from BS/2. Since the bank’s strategy is aimed at introducing technological products and services, as well as intensive development of the self-service banking channel, a new delivery of modern ATMs from BS/2 was made this summer.
BS/2 ATMs are equipped with modern solutions and supplied with ProFlex4 software, which allows upgrading and optimizing user interfaces of ATMs, using progressive web technologies. With ProFlex4 new service concepts can be easily implemented, such as personalized user interfaces or smartphone cash withdrawals. In addition, the solution provides the ability to create scenarios tailored to the needs of people with disabilities using voice guidance and high-contrast display modes for user screens.
BS/2 software is designed for all areas of banking activity, and our solutions enable us to significantly reduce the cost of customer service and the cost of owning an ATM fleet. BS/2 software products will enable Halyk Bank to promptly organize data collection on user interaction with self-service devices, develop new useful functions and minimize the involvement of technical staff at the operation stage.
