Nikolajs Želnins

Nikolajs is responsible for the implementation of sales strategy in all regions where BS/2 operates, finding new partners, researching and developing new business areas. 

Career 

Nikolajs has extensive experience throughout the Baltic region. Before joining BS/2, he was engaged in sales and business development. His professionalism and dedication enabled him to advance from a sales representative to a managerial role. 

In November 2023, Nikolajs became the Head of Market Development in Uzbekistan, and in August 2024 he was appointed Deputy CEO of Commerce at BS/2. With 19 years of experience in business process management, he excels at executing projects and bolstering the company’s competitive position. 

In his free time, Nikolajs enjoys staying active with running, beach volleyball, and skiing. He also likes reading, as well as listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
