Head of Market Development (Georgia, Azerbaijan)
Dmitry Kovalenko coordinates business development efforts, searches for ways to continuously improve performance, and strengthens and develops relationships with partners in Georgia and Azerbaijan.
Dmitry Kovalenko joined the BS/2 team in July 2024. Most of Dmytro’s professional path was connected with the banking sector. For 20 years, he worked in various foreign commercial banks in Ukraine. Dmytro also has successful experience developing business projects in the manufacturing sector and in FinTech.
In his free time, Dmytro likes to read. According to him, Lee Jaccock’s book “Manager’s Career” gave him an understanding of the basics of management.
Dmitry is convinced that the key to success is a shared vision and understanding of the company’s goals. Synchronizing the efforts of the entire team creates a synergy effect, which allows for outstanding results.
For Dmitry, the most important achievement is the moment when an existing or potential client initiates a dialog and seeks professional advice himself, even with alternatives among competitors.
