Leading African Bank Representatives Improved Their Knowledge in Lithuania

This early August, IT professionals from Nigeria‘s Zenith Bank were trained at the Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos (BS/2) training center. Courses were organized in cooperation with Sigma Hellas Technology, a BS/2 partner in Greece, and held by a BS/2 systems support senior engineer Sergey Pokusayev.

ATMeye.iQ, complete hardware and software solution that protects self-service devices and reduces the risks of fraud and vandalism, was the main issue. The solution is currently used in more than 70 countries worldwide.

The course participants also familiarized themselves with the ATMeye.iQ installing and configuring processes, applied this knowledge in practice, and studied the work scenarios corresponding to the bank needs. They also had the opportunity to get acquainted with other BS/2-developed .iQ software family products. The participants received certificates upon the training course completion.

A BS/2 Training Center is the only certified competence center for Diebold Nixdorf, which is the world’s leader in banking technologies in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. It holds regular courses for engineers and professionals who work with ATM and information kiosks, safes, and other specialized equipment for banks and retailers.
