Position Mission

As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key link between project stakeholders, technical teams, and management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. You’ll coordinate resources, manage documentation, monitor progress, and help maintain transparency and control across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, and success criteria
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, logs)
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Facilitate regular communication between stakeholders and project teams
  • Identify project risks and assist with mitigation planning
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and standards
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the Project Office

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or FinTech
  • Basic working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall, demonstrated by assisting at least one full-cycle project under each methodology
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, demonstrated through experience managing 3+ concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication in English and Russian
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to meet weekly reporting deadlines and to onboard into tools within first month

Salary

From 1500€-1900€/mon. net
The specific salary is determined on the basis of the candidate's competence and work experience.
