Position Mission

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful business insights using Power BI and AI-driven tools. Your analysis will directly influence strategic decisions across product, marketing, risk, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI that deliver actionable insights;
  • Automate reporting processes and improve data pipelines in collaboration with data engineers;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define key metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions;
  • Interpret and visualize complex datasets for both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Apply machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI algorithms to solve business problems.

Requirements and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI role;
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query;
  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases;
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategy;
  • Well developed communication and problem solving skills;
  • Russian and English language proficiency.

As a bonus skills:

  • Familiarity with Python/R, especially for data analysis and machine learning;
  • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML models (e.g., forecasting, clustering, classification);
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial data handling (GDPR, PSD2, etc.);
  • Experience in a fintech or financial services environment.

Salary

From 1500€-2000€/mon. net
The specific salary is determined on the basis of the candidate's competence and work experience.
