Role Overview

As the CFO, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, and planning. You'll play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience in IT industry is a plus.

Salary

From 5000€-6000€/mon. gross
The specific salary is determined on the basis of the candidate's competence and work experience.
