Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience in IT industry is a plus.
