Penki Kontinentai Group Strategic Session 2026

From January 26 to 30, 2026, Vilnius will host a strategic session of the Penki kontinentai Group. The event will bring together employees of various levels from the central office in Vilnius and regional teams, as well as representatives of BS/2 subsidiaries from other countries working in areas ranging from product development to business growth and technical project implementation. Throughout the week, colleagues from abroad will be visiting the Vilnius office, creating opportunities for personal meetings and informal communication.

The main goal of the session is to define the Penki kontinentai Group’s development strategy for the next three years, covering the 2026–2028 period. During the sessions, participants will analyze the results of 2025, discuss strategic priorities for 2026 and beyond, explore product portfolio expansion including ATM solutions, review the business potential of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, and strengthen collaboration between teams and departments in the implementation of strategic initiatives.

The main sessions will take place at the Holiday Inn hotel in Vilnius. In addition, on Wednesday, January 28, a separate discussion panel dedicated to HR and accounting teams will be held at the BS/2 office.
