Trustbank Boosts Security in Partnership with BS/2 and Sargent & Greenleaf
BS/2 company, a member of Penki Kontinenti Group, together with partner Sargent and Greenleaf (S&G), held specialized training for “Trustbank” employees in Tashkent. During the event, the experts provided detailed information on installing, operating, and maintaining S&G A-Series electronic locks. The training in the capital of Uzbekistan aims to improve the skills of the bank’s specialists, improving security and reducing collection costs.
JSC “Trustbank”, one of Uzbekistan’s largest private banks, has chosen BS/2 to modernize its ATM network. On June 12, 2024, Idrakas Dadašovas, Chairman of the Board of Penki Kontinentai Group, and Ziyovuddin Kurganov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “Trustbank”, signed a Memorandum of Strategic Partnership.
A Focus on Security and Cost Optimization
World practice confirms that enhanced security and reduced collection costs can be achieved with the help of modern technology. Electronic locks with single-use access codes from the S&G A-Series range allow the combining of these two contradictory processes. Using the solution allows banks to provide reliable valuables protection while optimizing access control to self-service devices, which is especially important for banks with large ATM fleets.
At the training in Tashkent, BS/2 specialists and Sargent & Greenleaf representatives spoke in detail about the functionality of A-Series locks, and the advantages of their use, and shared successful application examples. Currently, the solution has already been implemented in three banks in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
A Practical Approach to Security and Access Management
The training was focused on transferring knowledge about security technologies and the practical application of Sargent and Greenleaf solutions. In Tashkent, the specialists discussed the following key topics:
- Methods of safe deposit box security – participants were told about different approaches to safe deposit box and ATM security, taking into account modern threats and ways to prevent them.
- Types of S&G electronic locks – a demonstration of Sargent and Greenleaf’s range of electronic locks, their features, and application.

- Software for generating one-time codes – the event participants learned about software solutions for generating one-time codes, which exclude unauthorized access and increase collection security.
BS/2 and S&G Partnership: Innovations and Automation for the Modern Bank
BS/2 is actively implementing Sargent and Greenleaf’s innovative products. Since 2020, the A-Series single-use code electronic locks have been integrated with the Cash Management.iQ system. Thanks to this cooperation, banking organizations can automate the tasking of collection services and optimize the process of replenishing self-service devices with cash. This not only reduces costs but also improves the overall efficiency of the bank.
The training for “Trustbank” specialists in Tashkent became a significant stage in the promotion of BS/2 solutions in the Uzbek market. This event not only allowed local banking specialists to familiarize with advanced technologies in the field of security and access control but also strengthened the company’s position as a leading supplier of high-tech solutions.
