Educational partners

Penki Kontinentai Group and its subsidiary BS/2 actively cooperate with educational institutions, such as Vilnius Coding School, SMK, Vilnius College of Technology and Design, and the University of Białystok.  

We accept students for internships, organize excursions to the offices of the group of companies, and introduce them to different professions and work specifics. This is a great way for students to try their hand at the professions they are interested in and put their theoretical knowledge into practice. For us, it is an opportunity to find new and promising employees.  

We are glad that students choose our company to gain valuable experience and professional growth, and some of them become part of our team. Almost half of the students stay on at BS/2 after their internship, and they make up 8% of the total number of the company's employees.
