As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our products/services.

Position Mission

As a DevOps Engineer at BS/2, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems throughout the development life cycle. You will collaborate closely with other teams including Development, Product Management, Quality assurance and Customer Support to ensure smooth and reliable operation of systems.

Main responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• Managing Kubernetes environments;
• Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications;
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise;
• Monitoring infrastructure performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely;
• Providing technical support when requested;
• Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

Requirements and skills

• Strong Kubernetes skills;
• CI/CD experience;
• Extensive network planing and maintenance experience;
• Windows/Linux experience;
• Experience with virtualised environments;
• Database (MS SQL or PostgreSQL, etc.) administration experience, at least minimal programming experience;
• Experience in request's administration (Jira, Service Desk, etc.);
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills;
• Good command of the Russian language - both orally and writing;
• Relevant degree or diploma in Information systems or information technology - as a big plus.
