Position Mission

As a Product Owner at BS/2, you will be the bridge between our development team and our clients, translating business needs into actionable product features. You will be responsible for envisioning the product's future, creating a clear product road-map, and ensuring the development team delivers a product that aligns with our company's vision and our clients' requirements. Your ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and make informed decisions will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements;
  • Generate hypotheses of value and investigate them in the market;
  • Participate in presale activities, conduct presentations and product demonstrations;
  • Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization;
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure they understand the product vision and requirements;
  • Prioritize tasks based on business value and customer needs, adjusting priorities as necessary;
  • Immerse yourself in the details of the technical and business implementation of the system - think about the best solutions to problems and be the keeper of business requirements;
  • Continuously communicate with internal teams and clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments;
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and products;
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the bank sector;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise user stories;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools;
  • A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach;
  • Knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf's products would be a plus.

Salary

From 1800€-2500/mon. net
The specific salary is determined on the basis of the candidate's competence and work experience.
