Position Mission

As a Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and assessment of customer needs, search for solutions;
• Communication with clients and other stakeholders;
• Project progress, scope and change management;
• Coordination and control of project resources and budget;
• Organizing teamwork and ensuring communication and timely completion of tasks;
• Organization of project documentation, maintenance of general documentation;
• Tracking the progress of the project with the help of appropriate tools.

Requirements and skills

• Experience in the similar position from 3 years;
• Project management professional certificates;
• Experience in managing or executing IT projects;
• Experience coordinating work of small software development team;
• Familiarity with the Java or .NET client-server application development;
• Well developed communication and problem solving skills;
• Experience in creating specifications;
• Russian and English language proficiency.

As a bonus skills:

• Experience with Jira or a similar tool;
• Experience with the support level software or processes is a plus;
• Product Owner roles;
• Experience in Jira service management;
• Basic understanding of UI/UX.

Salary

From 1800€-2500/mon. net
The specific salary is determined on the basis of the candidate's competence and work experience.

Place of work –Vilnius, Kareivių str. 2. or Tbilisi, Georgia.
