Position Mission

As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between data and decision-making. Your analytical prowess and business acumen will help us streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business needs, systematization of requirements (request specification) and coordination with customers, finding solutions;
• Preparation of technical and design-type project documentation;
• System design, preparation of technical specifications (technical specification together with user cases and test cases);
• Collaboration with developers, submitting technical tasks, participation in sprint planning in accordance with Agile Scrum methodology, controlling the execution of tasks;
• Managing project progress, scope and changes, responsibility for project results and quality;
• Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. IT field - as a big plus;
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in international company;
• Know and be able to apply methodologies for collecting, organizing, analyzing and drawing conclusions from data;
• Knowledge of modern computer technology and ability to use software tools to carry out the work of an analyst e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.;
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools;
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good Russian/English language is a must.

Salary

From 1500-2300 €/mon. net
The specific salary is determined on the basis of the candidate's competence and work experience.

Place of work –Vilnius, Kareivių str. 2.
