Position Mission

As a Senior ATM Embedded Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of embedded software that powers our next-generation ATM machines. Your work will be instrumental in integrating new security protocols, enhancing transaction processing speeds, and creating seamless user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure our ATMs remain at the forefront of the fintech revolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust embedded software for ATM platforms, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
• System Architecture: Architect embedded systems that integrate hardware, firmware, and real-time operating systems to optimize the customer experience.
• Innovation & Optimization: Proactively explore new technologies to improve transaction processing speeds, system security, and energy efficiency.
• Hardware Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of peripheral devices, including card readers, cash dispensers, and touchscreens.
• Security Protocols: Implement and enhance security features such as encryption, multi-factor authentication, and biometric verification to protect sensitive customer data.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure that software meets all industry regulations (PCI DSS, EMV standards) and banking compliance protocols.
• Troubleshooting: Lead debugging efforts, optimizing performance bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless ATM operation in real-world environments.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise in embedded systems, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements and skills

• 5+ years of experience in C or C++
• 2+ years of experience.NET
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP
• Embedded development experience
• Experience working with custom protocols
• Strong problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn new APIs/technologies

Bonus skills

• Experience in the payment industry
• ATM Development experience
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Experience with NDC/DDC

Salary

From 2500-3500€/mon. net
The specific salary is determined on the basis of the candidate's competence and work experience.

Place of work –Vilnius, Kareivių str. 2 or remote worldwide.
