Position Mission
We are looking for a Ticket Coordinator (Jira) who will be responsible for efficient request management, assignment, and coordination across teams. In this role, you will ensure smooth request handling, proper prioritization, and adherence to deadlines while closely collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can organize processes, communicate clearly, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering, reviewing, and prioritizing JIRA tickets;
- Assigning tasks to responsible teams or specialists;
- Monitoring ticket progress and controlling deadlines;
- Communicating with internal clients regarding request status;
- Escalating incidents and problems when necessary;
- Analyzing data and preparing reports on request flows;
- Improving processes to ensure more efficient request management.
Requirements
- Experience working with JIRA or another task management system;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages
