As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced TEAM LEAD in Quality assurance to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our products\/services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a TEAM LEAD of Quality Assurance at BS\/2, you will play a critical role in supervising team of QA Enginneers ensuring the quality and reliability of our products\/services throughout the development life cycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Product Management, and Customer Support to identify quality issues, develop test plans, and execute test cases to ensure the highest level of product\/service quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team Leadership &amp; Management:\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor QA team members (manual and\/or automation testers)<\/li>\n<li>Assign tasks and manage workloads<\/li>\n<li>Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback<\/li>\n<li>Promote continuous learning and skill development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Planning &amp; Strategy\n<ul>\n<li>Define QA strategies, test plans, and testing processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Quality Oversight\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that products meet the defined quality standards before release<\/li>\n<li>Review test cases, test scripts, and test results<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and enforce compliance with QA processes and standards<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate testing activities (e.g., system, integration, regression, UAT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential quality risks early in the development cycle<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the whole quality assurance process (requirement refinement, test case preparation, manual testing, release monitoring)<\/li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes<\/li>\n<li>Help troubleshoot issues reported by the support team<\/li>\n<li>Report and analyze defects and suggest recommendations on how to improve product quality to avoid similar cases<\/li>\n<li>Track and report QA metrics (e.g., defect rates, test coverage, test execution status)<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with developers, QAs, and POs within the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A technical background or education in a related subject.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing QA in a multi-product or SaaS environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Quality Assurance tools (ie Zephir, Jira, Selenium, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Good Russian and English language is a must<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in embedded testing<\/li>\n<li>Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package<\/li>\n<li>Exciting projects and challenges<\/li>\n<li>Access to additional sports, entertainment and leisure areas in the office<\/li>\n<li>An additional discounts for our partners services<\/li>\n<li>Room for growth and professional development<\/li>\n<li>Traditional corporate celebrations, trips, team-building activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on work location, experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.<\/p>\n<p>Place of work \u2013Vilnius, Kareivi\u0173 str. 2.<br \/>\nWe will invite candidates who meet the requirements listed above.<br \/>\nWe guarantee confidentiality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":52048,"template":"","jobs_category":[],"jobs_type":[925],"jobs_department":[1463],"jobs_location":[929],"manager":[3639],"class_list":["post-52047","job","type-job","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","jobs_type-full-time","jobs_department-it","jobs_location-vilnius","manager-artsiom-ramanouski"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Quality Assurance Team Lead | BS\/2<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/bs2.lt\/job\/quality-assurance-team-lead\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Quality Assurance Team Lead | BS\/2\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Quality Assurance Team Lead Company overview BS\/2 is a leading technologies for banking and retail company dedicated to create specialized software and technological solutions for banks, financial institutions, retail and service outlets.
